The Lost City is an unlockable PlayStation trophy in Gravity Rush.
How to unlock[]

To obtain this trophy, the player needs to complete "The Lost City", the fifth episode in the game. This is the first time Kat visits one of the rift planes, where the missing pieces of the city are hidden. The traversal of the Ruins culminates in a boss fight.

This trophy has a bronze rating, and is hidden away from first time players like all other story related trophies. Because this trophy is tied to the story, it is impossible to miss it.
