Kat's Number 1 Fan is, as the name implies, Kat's biggest fan. Although he doesn't appear until near the end of the story, he does trick Kat and everyone else into thinking that he is Alias by using his allowance money to buy a mask to look like him. He did this to get Kat's attention. He is later caught by Kat.
