Hands Up, Hands Out is one of many side missions that Kat can partake in Gravity Rush 2. Being one of the earliest to debut after returning to Hekseville, it is available after completing Alone Again, the thirteenth story mission.
Completing this side mission grants access to the two "Aggressive Sales Tactics" challenge missions in Hekseville.
It is followed by Come One, Come All later on in the game.
Story[]
Kat is greeted by a café owner in Vendecentre, who recognizes her and asks for help with advertising his store. He wants her to hand out some flyers for his café using her shifting powers, and he even has a uniform available for her. Hearing that "someone cute" is better suited for the job, Kat accepts.
With all the the flyers given out, Kat returns to see a huge line of customers waiting outside the café. The owner thanks Kat for her help, and he also pays Kat for her troubles and a little extra.
Walkthrough[]
You are given somewhere between 60 and 80 flyers to hand out to passersby. Simply bush against every NPC you see to hand them a flyer. Occasionally, the café owner will lead you to hot-spots where a lot of people are gathering. Using the Gravity Slide will help to get the job done faster as well.
