Gravity Typhoon is the second special attack used by Kat in Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2. In Gravity Rush the attack involves summoning and hurling pointed structures forward. In Gravity Rush 2, the attack involves hurling objects forward from the environment. It was received from a Power Tree in the The Inferno during A Hundred and One Nights in Gravity Rush, and granted after obtaining Lunar Style during And the Soldier's Wife? in Gravity Rush 2.
The attack will simply target any enemies that are near enough to the centre of the screen, so precise camera positioning won't be a major concern when using the Gravity Typhoon.
In Gravity Rush 2, a maxed-out Gravity Typhoon transforms the ability into Gale Zone, a stronger version that simultaneously grants Kat immunity.
