Customer Service I is one of 20 challenge missions in Gravity Rush 2. It becomes available once the side mission, "Come One, Come All", is completed.
Overview[]
Just like the main side mission that unlocks this challenge, your job is to use Stasis Field to move customers in Vendecentre to the coffee shop the challenge is taken at. It takes place in the same place, and so is essentially replaying the side mission that unlocked it.

Strategy[]
Note: For the best results in this challenge, the author recommends that Kat's Stasis Field is upgraded to carry 5 objects. Failing that, use Talismans that can increase the maximum amount of held objects.
The strategy for this challenge is the same as the side mission that unlocked it; simply throw lots of customers towards the target area! Remember to aim slightly upwards if you're further away from the café, both to ensure they reach the target area and to avoid obstacles. Don't worry, they'll be okay. You can always use the Gravity Slide to score more easily if you feel your throwing accuracy is a little shaky.
It's always good to pay attention to the game pointing you towards pop-up hotspots via the "Bonus Character Appearance" message, and if someone misses the target area, you can pick them up and throw them again. Time will be extended after you reach certain customer thresholds, too.
Be careful not to stray too far from the starting area, as crowd density rapidly drops off in certain areas, such as the series of stairs leading up to the main square, not to mention the hotspots will all pop up in a radius around the starting area. Just go back and forth between the areas with all the market stalls, making sure to let people respawn in other areas after you're done with them, and you'll be fine.
