It is later revealed that Cecie is a compatible match for the body and powers of the time-frozen Durga Angel, Kali Angel's sister and Dr. Brahman's daughter. Through a combination of Durga's own will and Kali's powers, Durga manifests herself in Cecie's body, changing her appearance to match Durga's own self-image.
